Essentially, it’s all about balance, and just like plants need the right amount of water, sun and tender loving care to stay alive, we Sunshine Coast Residents need the right amount of nature, good coffee, plants, and food (in particular scones and the world’s best sausage rolls)…. AM I RIGHT or AM I RIGHT?!
Thankfully, Fairhill Botanic Gardens (Queensland's original native botanic gardens since 1975) from our sister village in Yandina, are a one-stop shop to satisfy ALL of your above needs. Now under new ownership, these guys are kicking some serious sustainability goals in their simply gorgeous cafe, the Botanist & Baker, and they are well and truly on their way to becoming Plastic Free Champions.
Local Tip - Make sure you have some time up your sleeve to explore the 10 acres of stunning gardens, rainforest walk and nursery. If you’re a lover of a good mountain climb they’re just around the corner from Mount Ninderry, which offers up fantastic views and is a relatively easy hike… PLUS you’ll then 100% deserve that mouth watering sausage roll baked by their neighbours at Ten Acres (Also Plastic Free Noosa Champions)!!!
