Riza's German Sausage Hut is available to cater for QLD festivals and events.
The German Sausage Hut offers the "genuine" Bratwurst, Frankfurter, Cheese-Kransky and Debreciner straight from the Grill in a freshly baked roll with sauerkraut refined from a German recipe and German mustard or tomato sauce.
Local Tip: You can find Riza at the Eumundi Markets every Wednesday and Saturday. We highly recommend a Wurst in a roll *drool
